size breed mainly found in Chilas Valley in Diamir district and Azad
Kashmir of Pakistan. This native goat breed is physically
characterized by color black
with white patches,
long
hair,
medium ears, long
horns,
short legs and single/twins births. The average build weight ranges
from 52-42
kg on normal fodder.
Special
Consideration
These
goats are best fitted to the commercial
goat
farm and grazing areas in cold mountain areas for
meat and hair purpose. The doe on the average produces 1- 1.5 liter
